The Galston Garden Club would like to thank the Community and wider public for the support to raise cash for Charity on the latest October Open Garden Weekend.
The weather couldn't have been extra excellent. I want to congratulate the garden owners for his or her presentation of their gardens, the gatekeepers for their attendance at every gate and others working behind the scene.
In the New Year, we might be on the lookout for new gardens top open for this event in 2024. If you know of a backyard or want to open your own backyard the Club would love to hear from you.
On the 8th November, we had our last meeting till 2nd Wednesday in February. We welcome new members and visitors. Come and benefit from the club’s guest audio system, garden rambles and the corporate of people with an excited about gardening.
At our recent assembly, we had an fascinating speak about Bromeliads. Alan purchased alongside a few of his assortment and the members had been able to buy a few of his attention-grabbing vegetation. In reality, he had nothing to take residence.
